An Unconventional Solution: The Sanctuary

Create a new country (lets call it “The Sanctuary”). The Sanctuary is supported by Convention countries who redirect spending on current policies to the new country. The Sanctuary is established to be a model democracy, a beacon for human rights and justice. It has exceptionally high standards of living. In many ways, it aims to be the best country in the world to live in. New arrivals are encouraged to rebuild their lives while building the ideal nation. The Sanctuary has the most Modern Constitution to achieve this end and includes citizen participation in parliamentary debates through a voter’s AI agent.
