Hurdle: No newly created country can support the 120 million refugees/displaced people in the world right now

The Jury heard evidence that a new country cannot build infrastructure and industries to support the world’s refugees in a short amount of time

BUT

The influence of member countries can diminish over time (eg reduced seats in parliament)

The Sanctuary can be created to support a smaller number eg 10million and if successful replicated as other, new independent countries and if successful provide a beacon of hope that the world can solve its most challenging problems

The Sanctuary can expand to other locations to form a multi-location country
